Established boutique firm led by one of the top 50 attorneys in Orange County. Work with a recognized expert in high‑profile personal injury litigation.

• Excellent compensation and opportunity for the ideal candidate
• Manage exciting, high‑stakes litigation cases and resolve legal disputes on behalf of clients.
• Cases are high profile, significant damages cases on behalf of catastrophically injured clients.
• Work with a recognized expert in the areas of child sexual abuse litigation, privacy rights, and pharmacy mistakes.

• Manage personal injury case files from intake through settlement or trial.
• Conduct client intakes and maintain regular communication with clients.
• Request, review, and organize medical records, bills, wage loss documentation, and insurance information.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, discovery requests and responses, subpoenas, and correspondence.
• File documents with courts and administrative agencies (e‑filing and paper filing as required).
• Track statutes of limitation, court deadlines, and calendaring requirements.
• Assist with settlement demands and trial preparation, including exhibits and witness lists.
• Communicate with insurance adjusters, medical providers, and opposing aanvullende counsel.
• Maintain accurate case management and billing records.

• Paralegal certificate or associate’s/bachelor’sährung in paralegal studies or a related field.
• Experience in personal injury law (plaintiff‑side preferred).
• Strong understanding of personal injury litigation procedures and terminology.
• Proficiency with case management software and Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Familiarity with e‑filing systems and local court rules.
• Preferred experience with medical record review and summarization.
