Supply Planner

Job Summary

This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end replenishment and deployment process for a designated product portfolio. You will oversee STR-to-STO conversions, load-building activities within the Transportation Management System (TMS), and ensure materials move efficiently through the global distribution network. The position requires daily coordination with distribution centers, continuous monitoring of SAP/TMS exceptions, and proactive communication to maintain uninterrupted product availability.

• Lead the replenishment and deployment strategy for assigned finished goods within SAP.
• Execute STR-STO conversions and develop load-building plans in SAP TMS to support global distribution requirements.
• Track in-transit shipments, monitor ETAs, and maintain visibility through TMS Track & Trace functions.

• Review SAP and TMS exception reports daily and collaborate with distribution centers to ensure shipments remain on schedule.
• Partner with supply planners to address inventory gaps and strengthen supply continuity.
• Validate the accuracy and integrity of master data in SAP to support STO-driven replenishment.
• Monitor weekly and monthly production plan attainment and elevate risks to prevent customer supply interruptions.

• Collaborate with regional supply planners to balance supply plans with customer service and inventory targets.
• Support the Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) process and contribute to the success of OTIF performance metrics.
• Manage product allocation between sales orders and STOs to minimize shortages and protect prioritized shipments.
• Communicate product availability, risks, and service-impacting updates proactively to Supply Chain and Customer Service teams.

• Analyze SAP and Power BI reports to identify potential inventory shortages and work cross-functionally to implement mitigation strategies.
• Conduct data validation for SAP, TMS, and Kinaxis releases and system enhancements.

• Own and execute the replenishment and deployment strategy for finished goods in SAP.
• Build and maintain load-building activities within SAP TMS.
• Provide accurate ETAs and manage Track & Trace for products in transit.
• Support the S&OE process and contribute to the achievement of OTIF service targets.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Management, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, Demand Planning, Deployment, Logistics, Manufacturing, or Materials Management.
• Experience with SAP and/or Kinaxis preferred; familiarity with ECC, APO, PAM, and TMS modules is a plus.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs) required;
  Power BI experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capability to influence in a matrixed setting.
• Able to work independently while also functioning well in cross-functional team environments.
• Strong prioritization and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• High attention to detail is essential.

The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position.
