Position Overview Kinetic Personnel Group is partnering with a growing organization in Irvine seeking an experienced Order Management Specialist to support daily purchasing and order processing operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proficient in Excel, and comfortable managing a high volume of transactions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities Process, maintain, and track purchase orders and related transactions. Verify pricing, quantities, and order information for accuracy. Maintain and update records using ERP systems and Excel. Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely order processing. Manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and follow-up activities. Assist with reporting, documentation, and process improvements. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in order management, purchasing support, order entry, or related operations.

Experience processing high volumes of purchase orders or sales orders. Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and formulas.

Experience with ERP or order management systems; EDI experience is a plus. Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication. Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities. Background in manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain operations preferred. Schedule:
