Position Overview:

Kinetic Personnel Group is partnering with a growing organization in Irvine seeking an experienced Order Management Specialist to support daily purchasing and order processing operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proficient in Excel, and comfortable managing a high volume of transactions in a fast-paced environment.

• Process, maintain, and track purchase orders and related transactions.
• Verify pricing, quantities, and order information for accuracy.
• Maintain and update records using ERP systems and Excel.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely order processing.
• Manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and follow-up activities.
• Assist with reporting, documentation, and process improvements.

• 3+ years of experience in order management, purchasing support, order entry, or related operations.
• Experience processing high volumes of purchase orders or sales orders.
• Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and formulas.
• Experience with ERP or order management systems; EDI experience is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
• Background in manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain operations preferred.
