Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented

Irvine, CA — 4 days per week onsite - Employment Type:
Contract-to-hire - Duration:
Approximately 6+ months, with potential to convert based on performance
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Junior Supply Chain Specialist to support sourcing, procurement, logistics, and day-to-day supply chain operations.
Role Details- Location:
Irvine, CA — 4 days per week onsite - Employment Type:
Contract-to-hire - Duration:
Approximately 6+ months, with potential to convert based on performance
- Support North American sourcing strategies and purchasing activities.
- Assist with vendor sourcing, pre-qualification, onboarding, quotations, MOQs, samples, and account setup.
- Maintain sourcing databases, documentation, pricing sheets, and product catalogs.
- Coordinate samples and feedback between vendors and internal teams.
- Support merchandise, packaging, and planning activities.
- Partner with Operations, Marketing, R&D, Warehouse, and Logistics teams.
- Support inbound logistics, including HS/HTS code verification and customs documentation.
- Track assignments, ensure timely follow-through, and support ad hoc operational needs.
- Approximately 2–5 years of experience in supply chain, sourcing, procurement, product operations, logistics, or related transferable experience.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, including formulas and Pivot Tables, and PowerPoint.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Global sourcing experience is a plus.
- QSR, food service, specialty beverage, and Chinese language skills are all a plus, but not required.
