To excel in this pest control role, you need to be able to work independently and skillfully manage client relationships with professionalism. We are looking for a Night Route Manager with:

• 3+ years of strong commercial pest control experience
• Active Branch 2 Field Representative License
• Strong rodent control experience
• AIB Certification
• 5 years driving history with a clean driving record
• Exceptional problem-solving and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage client relationships with professionalism

As a Night Route Manager, you begin your shift with a quick team briefing, reviewing the evening's objectives and addressing any concerns. You check your route to ensure that all necessary supplies are loaded and ready for delivery. As you drive through the quiet streets, you prepare yourself for the tasks ahead. Upon arriving at the hospitals and healthcare facilities, you oversee the unloading process, ensuring that all protocols are followed and that food safety standards are met.
