We are seeking an experienced Platform General Manager to lead our Honda and Volkswagen operations in Irvine, CA, playing a critical role in advancing The Norm Reeves Way. This senior leadership position carries full responsibility for dealership performance, including P&L ownership, operational execution, team development, and delivering a consistently exceptional guest experience across both brands.

The Platform General Manager will build, coach, and inspire high-performing teams across Variable and Fixed Operations while driving sustainable growth, disciplined expense management, and strong operational standards. Success in this role requires sharp financial acumen, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to foster a culture grounded in accountability, integrity, and continuous improvement, where people feel empowered to do their best work and leaders lead from the front.
