Job Title: Sr. Manufacturing Engineer

Position Type: Full-time with HCLTech

Location: Irvine, CA (Onsite)

• Manufacturing Expert with good process knowledge.
• Work closely with R&D team and define the manufacturing process that more suites for the process for the NPI programs.
• Come up with cost optimization ideation and ease the manufacturing process.
• Guide the R&D team wherever required in the manufacturing operations.
• Evaluate and improve manufacturing methods for maximum operation efficiency.
• Design new products and processes.
• Ensure cost-efficiency and conformance with regulatory standards.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency (Hands-on) in manufacturing processes, equipment, and technologies
• Design for Manufacturability (DFM)
• Process Development & Optimization.
• Process Characterization.
• Statistical Analysis (Test Method Validation & Measurement System Analysis)
• Process Validation (IQ, OQ & PQ)
• Knowledge in Advanced manufacturing techniques.
• Bachelor / Master’s degree in relevant field

• Pay Range Minimum: $40.86 per hour
• Pay Range Maximum: $45.80 per hour
