We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer/Machinist to join our team. This full‑time on‑site role requires expertise in creating and optimizing CNC programs, setting up and operating CNC machines, and interpreting technical drawings to produce precise components. The primary focus will be on CNC milling, including 4‑ and 5‑axis milling machines as well as mill‑turn lathes. Daily tasks involve programming, setup, job scheduling, and ensuring the quality of finished products through meticulous attention to detail.

• Complete technical reviews of drawings and specifications.
• Program CNC machines using Mastercam, focusing on 4‑ and 5‑axis CNC milling and CNC mill‑turn lathes.
• Prepare setup and first articles for each operation.
• Operate machines during periods of lower programming demand.
• Review and adhere to job schedules and milestones.
• Collaborate with engineering, inspection, and assembly teams to ensure product quality meets specifications.
• Ensure machined components meet cycle time and cost estimates.
• Complete root cause and corrective action reports as required to address issues.
• Provide strong leadership and training to team members.

• 5+ years of experience in CNC programming and machining.
• Experience programming 4‑ and 5‑axis CNC mills and CNC mill‑turn lathes using Mastercam.
• Ability to interpret and work from technical drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency with 3D models in Solid Works and 2D drawings in AutoCAD.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross‑functional team.
• Dedication to meeting internal and customer schedule commitments.
• Familiarity with Epicor ERP is a plus.
