Hourly Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

This is a full‑time hands‑on CNC mill and lathe position. Fast‑paced environment requires high energy level, commitment to quality and attention to detail. Machine shop supports inside work centers with precision tooling fixtures and small to large volume production and development parts.

• Minimum 5 years CNC mill and set up experience
• Minimum 5 years CNC lathe and set up experience
• 3-5 years of current programming experience preferred in milling and lathe using any software (Fusion 360 is a plus)
• Able to work weekday overtime and Saturdays as needed
• Experience working with tight tolerances (+/- 0.001)
• Ability to take ownership, work independently and as a team member
• Ability to inspect work for dimensional accuracies and maintain quality standards
• Assist shop manager with reviewing and improving manufacturing processes to increase efficiencies and reduce scrap
• Able to use inspection tools (Depth gauge, Drop gauge, Micrometers, Calipers, etc.)
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Positive attitude and professional work ethic and reliable transportation
• Physical ability to stand and run machinery for individual jobs as well as production as needed
