Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a Receiving Inspector to join a leading medical device manufacturing team in Irvine, CA. This is an exciting opportunity to drive impact on a team contributing to breakthrough medical technologies.

Location: Irvine, CA 92618

Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

Schedule: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM

Base pay range: $21.50/hr

• Perform mechanical, visual, and functional inspections on received components.
• Utilize a variety of measurement instruments and testing equipment to verify product quality.
• Ensure compliance with quality requirements through statistical process control methods.
• Partner with engineers and supplier management to address issues, resolve nonconformances, and support corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Maintain accurate inspection records and reports.
• Keep the inspection workspace organized and clean.
• Adhere to all applicable quality management system policies and procedures.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by leadership.

• HS Diploma
• 1-2 years of receiving inspection experience preferably within Aerospace or Medical Device industries
• Background in Good Documentation Practices (GDP) preferred.
• Experience using calipers, micrometers, height gauges, pin gauges, digital multimeters, and microscopes a plus.
