Production Manager
Supervisor, Production (Second Shift)

Responsibilities- Help to promote a team focused and patient first environment within the production organization
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple production lines, including production schedules, quality control, adherence to manufacturing procedures, and safety protocols
- Manage a team of production workers, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and cost optimization
- Help monitor daily production output, performance to time standards, and other relevant KPI's
- Implement lean manufacturing principles and other continuous improvement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce waste
- Ensure compliance with all company procedures and policies as well as applicable regulatory requirements, including FDA, ISO, and other applicable standards
- Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to develop and implement new processes and quality control procedures
- Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and operated safely, and implement corrective actions as needed
- Collaborate with Supply Chain and inventory management personnel to help manage raw material and finished goods inventory levels
- Maintain accurate production records and reports
- Provide timely and accurate reports to upper management on production performance, quality control, and cost optimization efforts
- Support Engineering by facilitating the building prototypes and execution of test protocols
- Bachelor's degree or 6 years of experience in lieu of a degree - required
- 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the medical device industry - required
- General knowledge of clean room procedures - preferred
$89,400.00 - $ salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
