Working model:
Onsite, 5×8 shift, days of work include Wednesday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Monday. Relocation not available.

Provide Quality Engineering leadership to production, maintain oversight of manufacturing activities for quality compliance, and ensure products and processes operate in accordance with company policies and procedures. Work closely with Manufacturing, Technical Services, Quality Operations, and QC Process Control teams to meet key business objectives such as safety, quality, compliance, and production costs/out‑put.

• Establish quality standards for products and processes and propose modifications to prevent defects.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (product design, product management, production) to identify and mitigate quality risks.
• Audit production processes, raw materials, or suppliers/vendors to ensure quality standards are met.
• Conduct root cause analysis for defects, non‑conformities, or other quality failures.
• Ensure compliance with formal external quality standards such as ISO 9001.

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8–10 years of related experience required.
• Applicable industry or professional certification preferred.
• Regular and predictable attendance required.
• Occasional business travel required.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is expected to perform the following physical tasks:

• Light work – exert up to 20 lbs of force occasionally; up to 10 lbs frequently; negligible force constantly.
• Occasional reaching upward and downward, push/pull.
• Frequently stand, sit, walk.
• Frequently perform tasks involving finger feeling, handling, hearing (ordinary loud, protection required).
• Noise intensity: moderate.

• Occurs in office, production/manufacturing, and occasionally warehouse or laboratory settings.
• Temp and noise levels moderate.

Salary range: $101,167 – $126,459 per year.
