* What you will do:
** As the Production Lead, you will be responsible for the following listed below:
* Lead and support a team of assemblers to meet daily production goals.
* Assign tasks, monitor workflow, and ensure efficiency and accuracy.
* Train new team members on assembly procedures, tools, and safety protocols.
* Perform and inspect assembly tasks to ensure quality and compliance.
* Collaborate with supervisors and cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve operations.
* Maintain accurate records of production output and team performance.
* Promote a safe, organized work environment and enforce company policies.
* Act as the primary contact for employee questions, concerns, and process improvement suggestions.

* What you will need:

* Required:
* High school diploma or GED.
* Minimum of 3 years of relevant manufacturing experience
Preferred:
* 3 years of medical device assembly.
* Medical device, Sub-assembly or Cleanroom manufacturing experience.
* Leadership or Back up leadership experience.
* Ability to do small assembly work using a microscope.
* Knowledge of basic measuring techniques including scales, rulers, US and metric measurement.
