Electro-Mechanic Maintenance Technician
in Santa Ana/Irvine area.

As an
Electro-Mechanic Maintenance Technician,you will:

• Assemble, install, test and maintained electrical or electronic wiring and equipment.
• Diagnose malfunctioning system, apparatus and components, using equipment and tools to locate the root cause and provide countermeasure.
• Inspect electrical system, equipment to identify hazard, defect and the need for adjustment and replacement.
• Understand and able to modify parameters in PLC and VFD
• Ensure all works performed are compliance with code.
• Able to use variety of tools and gauges to repair and diagnose production machinery.
• Troubleshoot all electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic issues on manufacturing / R&D equipment, building facilities in accordance with government local electrical requirements, OSHA, and NFPA 79
• Perform preventive maintenance service of production equipment during scheduled machine services.
• Ability to fabricate tools, tooling, Jigs and fixtures, profession in sheet metal fabrication and capable of welding (MIG, TIG & Gas) and mechanical assembly.

This is a full-time opportunity

The ideal candidate will have:

• Must have at least 4 years with Maintenance Mechanic experience working in a manufacture.
• Able to test electrical system, find root cause and provide countermeasure relative to operation of the machinery in fast past production environment.
• Experience with preventative maintenance on machines.
• Capable of diagnose and modify current PLC logic for production equipment.
• Proven experience in maintenance and repair of mechanical equipment, electrical systems, plumbing, and pumps.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting equipment malfunctions and problem-solving.
• Ability to operate forklift and other mobile equipment safely and efficiently.

• Preferred Skills & Qualifications
  • Nice-to-have skills that would make a candidate more competitive but are not required.
  • Able to test electrical system, find root cause and provide countermeasure relative to operation of the machinery in fast past production environment is preferred.
  • Capable of diagnose and modify current PLC logic production equipment.

Schedule:Monday thru Friday 2:00PM to 10:30PM

Days: Monday through Friday

Pay Rate: $32.00 to $36.00 per hour
