Production Planner

Essential Functions

• Work with management team to plan and coordinate effective scheduling process to achieve production objectives.
• Prepares purchase orders for customer sales and to obtain materials, tools, and equipment.
• Monitor workflow and supply orders to avoid any shortages, and work with vendor to ensure on‑time delivery.
• Monitor, order and stock materials, tools, etc. for production to ensure production is running smoothly without any delay.
• Coordinate and schedule appointments with vendor to pick up and drop off sterile products.
• Prepares defined work packages including detailed instructions, drawings, bills of material, references, inspection requirements, etc., to initiate and control production workflow.
• Schedules, expedites, and coordinates the delivery and movement of critical material, including material transfers and conditional material releases.
• Interfaces with the purchasing, engineering, and supplying departments to ensure production is running smoothly.
• Use GP system to create and track purchase orders, and create work orders for production.
• Assist in identifying and resolving inventory discrepancies.ాలని
• Performs other related duties and projects as business needs require, at direction of management.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum two (2) years’ experience in demand planning, production forecasting, inventory control, and purchasing.
• Previous experience with LEAN Enterprise or continuous improvement preferred.
• Previous experience with ERP and/or Microsoft Dynamics GP preferred.

Pay Range: $25.00-$27.00/hr
