Job Description / Primary Objective LCS is focused on helping companies with new laboratory and technical facilities to perform life enriching research, manufacture medical devices, and maintain function within mission critical facilities. Marketing Responsibilities
Compile and coordinate case studies, team resumes, project descriptions, boilerplate templates, presentations, and related marketing materials with corporate design templates and brand standards.
Organize and assist with proposals in coordination with our operational leaders and marketing team.
Develop winning RFQ/P responses with creative writing, editing, visual communication, graphics, and media.
Post new projects and company-related news on social media and our website.
Coordinate preparation and collection of content for the production of company newsletter.
Assist in special projects or events, as needed.
Reach out to subcontractors as needed for project pursuits.
Assist in adding contacts into CRM and maintaining data and up to date information on projects and customers.

Requirements (Education, Level of Experience, etc.) 2+ years of successful marketing and proposal experience in the construction industry.
Planning, organization, and marketing skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Ability to write and communicate in a clear and compelling manner, with a strong command of grammar and editing.
Strong problem solving skills with a “hands-on” and team-oriented attitude.
Proficient layout and graphic deign skills and experience with InDesign or Canva preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent experience.
