Job Overview:
As an Account Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our account management team to ensure the seamless execution of advertising campaigns. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate with clients, and contribute to the overall success of our projects. This position offers an exciting opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for the advertising industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Communication:
    Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Project Coordination:
    Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of advertising campaigns, ensuring they align with client objectives and agency standards.
  • Timeline Management:
    Coordinate project timelines and deadlines, ensuring that deliverables are completed on schedule.
  • Collaboration:

    Work closely with creative, media, and other internal teams to facilitate smooth project workflows.
  • Reporting:
    Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and provide insights to clients.
  • Problem Resolution:
    Proactively address and resolve issues that may arise during the course of projects.
  • Market Research:
    Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to contribute valuable insights.
  • Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools.

    Experience:

    • Previous experience in account coordination, client services, or a related role is a plus.
    • Familiarity with advertising and marketing principles is advantageous.
