Job Overview:
As an Account Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our account management team to ensure the seamless execution of advertising campaigns. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate with clients, and contribute to the overall success of our projects. Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met.
Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of advertising campaigns, ensuring they align with client objectives and agency standards.
Coordinate project timelines and deadlines, ensuring that deliverables are completed on schedule.
Work closely with creative, media, and other internal teams to facilitate smooth project workflows.
Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and provide insights to clients.
Proactively address and resolve issues that may arise during the course of projects.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to contribute valuable insights.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
Experience:
- Previous experience in account coordination, client services, or a related role is a plus.
- Familiarity with advertising and marketing principles is advantageous.
