Experienced Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant/Registered Nurse (Full-time)

We are seeking an Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant/Registered Nurse to join the Orange Twist team. The role provides high-quality aesthetic treatments and services to clients, collaborating with the team to ensure exceptional client care and a positive client experience.

Schedule: 4-5 shifts a week, minimum 4 weekend days a month
Compensation: $55+/hour (base on experience and role) with incentive and commission

• Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their personalized aesthetic goals and concerns
• Perform Good Faith Exams
• Educate clients on treatment options, benefits, and risks, including pre- and post-treatment care instructions
• Administer injections (neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and other cosmetic treatments) with precision
• Stay informed on advancements in medical aesthetics, including injection techniques and skincare
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on client needs and outcomes
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed to ensure comprehensive care
• Prioritize client safety and follow established protocols
• Monitor for adverse reactions and provide post-treatment care instructions
• Maintain accurate client records including treatment plans and notes
• Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills
• Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns professionally and empathetically
• Adhere to laws, regulations, and industry standards; ensure safety protocol compliance
• Clean and maintain equipment and inventory
• Generate and maintain a client base
• Assist with other duties as assigned

• Valid State license to practice as a Physician Assistant
• Or valid State license to practice as a Registered Nurse
• Valid State license to practice as a Nurse Practitioner (where applicable)
• Current, unrestricted medical license to practice in the State
• Additional specialized training in medical aesthetics and injectables
• Minimum 2 years of experience with neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and other cosmetic treatments
