The selected provider will split time between two premier hospital campuses located just 20 minutes apart, working within a collaborative care team model.

• Setting:
  Inpatient Hospital and attached Outpatient Surgery Centers.
• Shifts:
  
  Sunday through Saturday. Hours will consist of a variable combination of 8, 10, and 12-hour shifts.

• No OB responsibilities.
• Patient Census:
  Variable depending on daily operating room and surgical center assignments.
• Supervision Model:
  Operates under a 1:3 Medical Direction/Supervision model with attending physicians.
• EMR System: EPIC (Health Connect).

• Scheduling Expectations:
  Exceptional flexibility is a core requirement. Candidates must be open to working a dynamic schedule spanning days, evenings, nights, and weekends.

• Pediatrics:
  Healthy pediatric cases are required; all acute pediatric cases are managed by dedicated Pediatric Anesthesiologists.
• Obstetrics:

• Licensure:
  Active and unrestricted California (CA) state medical license in hand. Licensing candidates will not be considered.
• Certification:
  Board Certified CRNA.
• Vaccination Policy: COVID-19 vaccination is preferred; qualified waiver requests will be evaluated and considered.
