The Level III Staff RN provides professional nursing care in an ambulatory infusion setting, utilizing the nursing process in accordance with established standards of care. This role is ideal for experienced nurses who excel in leadership and patient-centered care.

• Provide professional nursing care utilizing the nursing process.
• Uphold Kaiser Permanente's policies and procedures.
• Serve as a leader of the health care team and delegate tasks appropriately.
• Develop and contribute to individualized plans of care.
• Monitor patient progress and revise care plans as needed.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
• Discuss patient findings and progress with physicians and the healthcare team.
• Practice customer service standards and ensure patient confidentiality.
• Mentor, orient, and coach others in unit-specific operations.
• Participate in departmental performance improvement activities.

• 1-year recent experience in acute care, ambulatory care, or home health/palliative/hospice care.

• Registered Nurse License (California)
• Pediatric Chemotherapy & Biotherapy Provider Certification OR Oncology Nursing Society (ONS) Provider Certification
• Basic Life Support from American Heart Association
