Silverado Hospice in Orange County is hiring a Registered Nurse Case Manager to coordinate and deliver compassionate hospice and palliative care. You will develop individualized plans of care and work with the Interdisciplinary Group to support patients and families.
Requires active California RN license and at least 1 year of RN experience; shift is Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, with driving to patient locations. Salary range $55–$58/hour plus benefits.
