Luxury Buyer’s Agent Opportunity

Luxury offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced luxury professionals in one of Southern California’s most competitive and desirable markets. We are looking for a licensed real estate professional who wants to learn to serve high‑end buyers, grow within the luxury segment, and earn rewarding commissions while building long‑term confidence and consistency. First year earning potential when hitting goals: $150,000+.

In this opportunity, you will learn to guide luxury buyers through each phase of the purchase process, from initial consultation and curated property tours through negotiation and closing coordination. You will focus on delivering elevated client experiences, strengthening relationships, and developing the skills required to succeed in high‑expectation environments.

You will work within a structured office setting that emphasizes coaching, systems, and accountability. Experienced leaders will support your development by helping you understand luxury buyer behavior, refine communication and presentation skills, and operate with clarity and professionalism.

Responsibilities
  • Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to close the sale.
  • Speak and engage with pre‑qualified leads to figure out their wants and needs in a home.
  • Help clients through the home buying process including budgeting and mortgage options.
  • Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction.
  • Schedule showings, show homes, and go to open houses for potential buyers.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • An established track record of successful real estate sales.
  • Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car.
  • Real estate license required.
Compensation

Compensation: $140,000 per year.
