Store Support, Customer Service Rep

Overview

Associates in Store Support positions are responsible for a variety of non-sales functions, including ensuring an outstanding customer order fulfillment experience, assisting customers on the lot, or providing administrative services. Direct customer or vendor interaction is sometimes required. These roles require cooperation with other Associates, vendors, carriers, and the ability to work with little to some supervision, while remaining detail-oriented with proven time management skills.

They must demonstrate a high level of integrity and respond to operational concerns to support store-specific business objectives.

• Direct customers to store departments or merchandise and answer questions on product order status.
• Assist with cash management or program compliance as part of daily operations.
• Support key operational responsibilities to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other Associates, vendors, carriers, and internal teams to execute store operations efficiently.

Pay: $20.50 - $22.50
