What You’ll Do:

• Educate & close– Help clients find thebest loan solutionswhile securing the deal.
• Manage & grow– Handle ahigh-volume pipelinewhile expanding your network.
• Build relationships– Partner withRealtors, financial advisors, and other key referral sources.
• Own the process– Work closely with ourelite Operations Teamto ensure smooth transactions.

What You Bring:

Active NMLS license&2+ years of mortgage origination experience.
Proven abilityto structure and close loansefficiently.
A hunger to grow and a mindset to win—wecoach, mentor, and elevatetop performers.

Compensation & Perks:

Commission-based earnings– Yoursuccess = your paycheck.

• Prevailing minimum wage base pay
• Commission tiered based upon monthly volume: starting at 25 bps, up to 65 bps
