Our client is a fast-growing technology company transforming workforce management in the construction industry. Their platform helps contractors digitally onboard, track, and manage workers across job sites, improving safety, compliance, and operational efficiency.
We're partnering with them to find a Business Development Representative who will play a key role in driving top-of-funnel growth. This is a strategic outbound sales role focused on prospecting, qualifying leads, and building a pipeline of high-value opportunities. The ideal candidate is a high-energy, self-starter with experience selling into enterprise accounts and a passion for technology that solves real-world problems.

Our client is a fast-growing technology company transforming workforce management in the construction industry. Their platform helps contractors digitally onboard, track, and manage workers across job sites, improving safety, compliance, and operational efficiency.
We're partnering with them to find a Business Development Representative who will play a key role in driving top-of-funnel growth. This is a strategic outbound sales role focused on prospecting, qualifying leads, and building a pipeline of high-value opportunities. The ideal candidate is a high-energy, self-starter with experience selling into enterprise accounts and a passion for technology that solves real-world problems.
Key Responsibilities- Prospect and engage construction stakeholders via phone, email, Linked In, and events
- Research and identify target projects using market intelligence
- Qualify inbound leads and route to Account Executives
- Maintain CRM hygiene and pipeline visibility
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging and strategy
- Track KPIs and contribute to outbound strategy development
- 5+ years in enterprise business development, preferably selling to ENR 100 or Fortune 5000 accounts
- Proven success in complex sales cycles and multi-stakeholder deals
- Strong CRM and pipeline management skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Construction industry experience is a plus, but not required
- Base salary: $70,000-$80,000 + commission
- Remote role with 15-25% travel
