Sales Order Processor

Our client is looking to add a Sales Order Processor to their growing team! This person will play a key role in supporting day-to-day sales operations by ensuring all customer orders are processed quickly and accurately. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and enjoys working cross-functionally with sales, accounting, and operations teams.

• Process and enter customer orders into the company's ERP or CRM system with a high level of accuracy.
• Review orders for completeness, correct pricing, and proper documentation.
• Partner with internal departments to ensure timely fulfillment, billing, and delivery.
• Communicate with customers and sales reps regarding order status, tracking, and updates.
• Investigate and resolve order discrepancies, backorders, and shipment issues.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer account information.
• Support reporting and administrative tasks as needed within the sales operations team.

• 2+ years of experience in order processing, data entry, or sales support.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Experience with ERP or CRM systems (Net Suite, SAP, Salesforce, etc.) preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
