Location:

Irvine, CA – Salary: $65,000.00–$80,000.00

• Communicate all details regarding fulfillment of sales orders, including status inquiries and tracking details to sales team
• Obtain all documents needed for sales order processing from sales reps in a timely manner
• Set up customer details in Great Plains, including payment term and tax‑exempt setup requests
• Allocate equipment to pending orders, according to SOP
• Communicate with collections team regarding customer account balance issues
• Communicate with Red8 operations and purchasing team regarding backordered items on pending sales orders
• Act as primary back‑up for Red8 accounting personnel during month‑end closing process
• Suggest and help implement improvements to current sales order fulfillment processes and/or controls, including automation and streamlining of existing functions
• Prepare and/or update the daily sales report
• Participate in year‑end audit
• Perform physical tasks within the warehouse environment (bending, stooping, and lifting 5–25 pounds) for receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
• Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all warehouse personnel
• Support other departments or teams as needed, including assisting in special projects or initiatives

• Moderate proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Access
• Moderate proficiency with Microsoft Great Plains
• Experience with  is preferred
• Minimum of 2–3 years of continuous sales or sales operations experience
• Background in leasing or other finance industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred

• Team player willing to assist others at all levels of the organization
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills; ability to provide superior customer service and maintain cooperative working relationships

• Ability to communicate effectively on a one‑on‑one basis or in a group setting
