Compensation: $40,000 - $150,000/year+

We are seeking an experienced automotive Fleet Manager to join our Genesis dealership in Irvine, CA.

• Sell Genesis vehicles to brokers, small businesses, and commercial buyers under fleet accounts.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships within the local community and other key buyer segments.
• Identify and reach out to potential fleet clients, including brokers and commercial partners.
• Deliver a premium‑level customer experience that reflects the Genesis brand’s luxury standards.
• Complete all required documentation, coordinate vehicle delivery, and ensure compliance with fleet sales requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• 2+ years of dealership fleet/commercial sales experience in a dealership.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
• Strong understanding of fleet sales processes and documentation.
• Proven ability to build relationships and grow a book of business.
