Pure Barre is the national leader in barre fitness with more than 500+ franchise locations in the United States and Canada. We are currently expanding our team and seeking a qualified General Manager focused on driving sales and service excellence for our luxury fitness brand. This is the perfect opportunity to interact with clients daily and create a supportive community!

Position:

The General Manager will oversee all studio functions, including sales and operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead generation through grassroots marketing and networking
  • Implement sales processes to convert prospects into classes
  • Drive membership and retail sales
  • Manage vendor relationships and inventory
  • Hire and manage instructors
  • Use gym management software and POS systems for reports
  • Review instructor evaluations
  • Make high-level customer service decisions
  • Maintain studio cleanliness and organization
  • Enforce policies and procedures
  • Ensure supplies and literature are stocked
  • Participate in community events and promotions
  • Manage marketing campaigns to generate leads
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Requirements:
  • 2+ years of fitness sales or relevant sales experience (preferred)
  • Proven ability to generate personal sales and train sales staff
  • Experience managing multiple revenue streams
  • Management or supervisory experience
  • Fluency in English and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, diverse environment
  • Solution-oriented, results-driven, competitive spirit
  • Ability to identify and implement improvements
  • Passion for fitness
  • Highly organized with proficiency in data management
  • Professional, punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented
  • Trustworthy with confidential information
  • Ability to work harmoniously with others
  • Proficiency with computers and studio software
  • College degree (preferred)
  • Flexible schedule including nights and weekends
  • Willingness to travel to California for training
