Business Development Center Lead (BDC/ Automotive)

Newport Beach Automotive Group has experienced significant growth in the past years. To support this growth, we are looking to develop a Business Development Center to ease the Sales and Service experiences of our valued guests. The ideal candidate is good under pressure, attentive to detail and has a deep passion for the automotive industry, while providing superior customer service.

Base pay range: $16.90/hr – $16.90/hr pay: $16.90 per hour, plus commission.

Full-time

• 8‑hour shift, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

• Establish relationships with clients while receiving feedback on their visits.
• Reach out to guests regarding upcoming needed service.
• Follow‑up on recently concluded service appointments.
• Follow‑up on previous sales leads.
• Follow up on acquisition leads.

• Acting as a first point of contact for our customers.
• BDC experience required (minimum 3 years).
• Highline experience preferred.
• General knowledge of the brands and products we represent.
• Willingness to work after‑hours for events, as needed.
• Previous experience with Reynolds and Reynolds preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Strong work ethic with ability to work in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.
• Responds promptly to all inquiries with courtesy, accuracy, and professionalism.
• Able to work with little supervision.
• Ability to work with multiple Department Managers.
