Overview

Alera Group, a broker of US business with the 14th largest size, founded in 2017, offers services in Employee Benefits, Property and Casualty Insurance, Retirement Plan Services, and Wealth Services. We are seeking a highly motivated Assistant Account Manager to support our clients and help maintain client satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Adhere to all operational policies/processes to ensure client satisfaction and deliver quality products and services.
  • Set up and maintain accurate client data in the CRM.
  • Follow company and regulatory requirements for labeling, filing, management and retention of records.
  • Carry out duties and responsibilities as assigned by company leaders.
  • Maintain confidentiality of corporate and client information.
  • Respond to client and account executive requests Morena promptly and professionally.
  • Request endorsements and policy changes from the insurance company.
  • Identify cross‑selling opportunities with current clients.
  • Negotiate with carriers to create the best coverage and premium options.
  • Prepare quotations, coverage summaries and proposals to ensure client understandingास्त coverage.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma.
  • Minimum 2 years experience as Customer Service Representative, Sales or Account Manager in a retail insurance agency.
  • Property & Casualty license.
  • CISR or CIC designations preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and communication skills.
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to interact at all company levels while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite.
  • Can work independently and see initiatives through to completion.
  • Comfortable dealing with all kinds of people and a desire to provide exceptional customer service.
Additional Information

Location type:
Hybrid. This job requires presence in the office on a hybrid schedule as agreed with the manager.

Salary range: $26 to $33 per hour.
