Responsibilities- Identify and develop new business opportunities and prospective customers
- Conduct outreach and sales activities to generate new leads
- Build and maintain relationships with customers
- Promote the company’s products to potential clients
- Conduct outside sales activities and visit prospective customers
- Collaborate with internal teams to support sales growth
- Maintain and follow up on sales leads and customer inquiries
- Monitor market trends and identify potential business opportunities
- Participate in domestic business travel as needed
- Support additional sales and business development activities as assigned
- Native-level English proficiency is required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable with outside sales activities
- Experience working for a matcha or tea manufacturer/company is a plus
- Japanese language skills are a plus
- Ability to travel as needed
- Full-Time
Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM
WORK ARRANGEMENT- Hybrid work arrangement
- Outside sales/customer visits as required
USD $25-28 Hourly
BONUSBonus eligibility based on achievement against budget/targets and overall company performance.
