Business Development ManagerFull Time Irvine, CA, US
2 days ago Requisition
Salary Range: $ To $ Annually
Position Overview
The Business Development Manager will work directly with attorneys to build and execute individual business development plans, strengthen referral relationships, identify speaking and leadership opportunities, and grow The Estate Lawyers’ presence across Orange County and San Diego.
This is a hands‑on execution role with strategic judgment built in. You will not just recommend what attorneys should do. You will help make it happen: identifying the right organizations and relationships, coordinating outreach and introductions, managing follow‑up, securing opportunities, planning events, tracking activity, and keeping initiatives moving.
At the same time, we expect you to continuously refine the strategy based on what is working. That means helping determine which attorney should be doing what, where their time is best spent, which opportunities are worth pursuing, and when an approach should change.
You’ll work closely with the Director of Marketing & Business Development, who will set broader strategy and priorities while partnering with you on refinement, problem‑solving, and execution. The right person is comfortable moving between strategy and the details required to actually deliver results.
