As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a dynamic tech and media location, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a secure environment for all personnel and visitors. Your presence and attention to detail will contribute to a welcoming atmosphere, while your customer service skills will support positive interactions. You will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible, and communicate clearly with team members and guests, reflecting Allied Universal’s values of agility, reliability, and integrity in every aspect of your work.

Pay Rate: $23.72 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Sat 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
• Sun 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor for unusual activity or potential security-related risks within the facility and report findings according to established protocols.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and team members while representing Allied Universal at the location.
• Assist with access control procedures, verifying credentials and/or authorizations as required by site policies.
• Document incidents, observations, and actions taken in accordance with company and client requirements.

• Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Must provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
