• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and tenants by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help maintain order within the commercial real estate location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.
• Observe and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual activity to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with Allied Universal management, site staff, and emergency responders as needed.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points and verifying credentials when required.
• Complete required documentation and incident reports accurately and in a timely manner.
• Follow all company and site-specific protocols, maintaining a professional presence while representing Allied Universal at the commercial real estate location.

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
