As a Security Officer - Unarmed Residential Patrol in Irvine, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security‑related incidents while remaining highly visible throughout the community. • Provide customer service to residents and visitors by carrying out security‑related procedures and site‑specific policies, and responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, problem‑solving, and maintaining professionalism.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential community and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor access points and common areas to deter prohibited activities and promote a welcoming environment.
• Document and report security‑related incidents, maintenance issues, and/or unusual activity according to site procedures.
• Work collaboratively with residents, visitors, and staff to address questions, offer assistance, and provide information as needed.

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required before employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required only for driving positions.
