As a Security Officer - Residential Patrol in Irvine, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential. As an unarmed patrol officer, you will monitor and patrol residential areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a visible presence. You will interact with residents and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication. Pay rate: $23.54 per hour.

• Provide customer service to residents and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential community and its perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
• Monitor access points and observe activity within the location to support a secure environment.
• Document and report security-related incidents, maintenance issues, and/or unusual observations as required by site procedures.
• Collaborate with residents, visitors, and Allied Universal team members to address security-related concerns and provide assistance as needed.

• At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Drug screen required to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment; a valid driver’s license required only for driving positions.
