** How This Role Works:*

** Fixed-Shift Commitment ("Anchor Shifts"):
** You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.

** Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program:
** In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It's all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

** Responsibilities:*
* + Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, shoppers, and vendors at a front desk within a retail and mall location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.

+ Monitor access to the property, greet and screen visitors as directed, verify credentials, issue visitor passes, and maintain accurate entry records.

+ Answer phones, receive deliveries, provide directions and general information, and communicate professionally with building management, tenants, and the public.

+ Monitor cameras, alarms, and other security-related systems from the front desk and promptly report unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site-specific emergency response procedures and contacting emergency services when appropriate.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.

+ Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Alarm panel experience is preferred.

+ Access control and badge experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
