As a Security Officer Full Time Building Badging Access Control in Irvine, CA
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional in a commercial real estate location, you will create a welcoming first impression while supporting access control, badge procedures, visitor management, and security-related communications. You will use computer or tablet systems to document activity, assist occupants and guests, and help maintain an orderly environment.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities in a commercial real estate location.
• Serve as a professional front desk presence by greeting visitors, verifying identification and/or authorization, issuing visitor credentials, and directing guests in accordance with site procedures.
• Monitor access to the property through visitor management systems, cameras, alarms, and/or other assigned security-related equipment; report irregularities or concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and notifying management, emergency responders, and/or Allied Universal leadership as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate logs, visitor records, incident reports, and other required documentation while providing clear communication to building occupants and site personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• Experience using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
