HVAC Refrigeration Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Kitchen Equipment and Refrigeration Technician to ensure the optimal operation of our state-of-the-art kitchens and onsite bakeries. Your responsibilities will include diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining commercial kitchen appliances, refrigeration systems, and HVAC equipment across our large campus. Your work will support the seamless operation of our culinary team and prevent equipment failures.

• Refrigeration:
  Walk-in coolers/freezers, blast chillers, ice machines.
• Cooking Equipment:
  Commercial ovens, fryers, steam kettles, tilt skillets.
• Ventilation & HVAC:
  Exhaust hoods, rooftop HVAC units, make-up air systems.
• Dishwashing & Sanitation:
  High-capacity dishwashers, automated sanitation systems.

• CFC Universal Certification.
• EPA 608 certification.
• Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Willingness to relocate to Madison, WI.
• COVID-19 vaccination.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in:
• Service and repair of commercial kitchen equipment.
• Installation and servicing of refrigeration systems.
• Electrical troubleshooting and diagnostics.
• Gas-fired equipment and piping systems.
