Job Description Summary
Responsible for assisting with operation troubleshooting, diagnostics, housekeeping, and repairs on commercial buildings, industrial systems, vehicles, grounds, and maintenance equipment for assigned properties/facilities.

Experience and Qualifications
- At least 2 years of related experience in a commercial property setting.
- Technical or vocational training in HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, carpentry, or related fields preferred.
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record; a commercial license may be required.
- Basic skills in Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Ability to work extended hours, including overtime, shift work, and on-call duties.
Work Environment
Primarily in a professional office setting with routine use of standard office equipment.
Physical Demands
Must be able to communicate effectively, operate office and maintenance equipment, move about the workplace, and perform physical tasks as required.
