Job Responsibilities
**** Diagnose, maintain, and repair Hyundai vehicles to manufacturer standards
* Perform advanced diagnostics on drivability, electrical, engine, transmission, and hybrid systems
* Accurately document repairs and recommendations
* Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
* Assist and mentor apprentice and entry-level technicians
* Stay current on Hyundai technical training, repair procedures, and service bulletins
* Contribute to a safe, organized, and productive shop environment

*** The Master Technician position is paid on a
** pay scale
** that may include one or more of the following compensation elements:
* ** Hourly compensation**, which varies based on experience, skill level, certifications, and performance
* ** Production‐based incentive compensation**, which may be earned based on individual and/or team productivity
* ** Retention‐based incentive compensation**, which may be earned based on hours produced

The anticipated hourly pay range for this position is **$33.80 to $45.00 per hour**. Actual compensation within this range will be determined by job‐related factors such as experience, qualifications, performance, and business needs. Incentive and bonus compensation are not guaranteed and may be zero if applicable benchmarks are not met.
