Field/Service Technician, Installation Technician, Maintenance Technician / Mechanic
Compucom Systems, Inc. is seeking a Field Technician for a designated customer within a geographic area. As a Level II Technician, you will be the primary contact for technical issues, troubleshoot, install, manage cabling, and coordinate with Lead Technicians to resolve problems.
You will document outcomes in Service Now, meet SLAs, and confirm resolution with customers. Strong hardware configuration and customer communication skills are essential in this role.
