This role is based in Irvine, CA, with a 4‑day onsite / 1‑day remote schedule.

• Develop iOS applications that can scale to reach millions of users.
• Continuously evaluate emerging technologies to identify opportunities, trends, and best practices for strengthening CoStar’s technology platform.
• Work with the team to create user‑interface layouts for customers and interfaces to backend web services.
• Design and develop systems and libraries that are highly reusable and maintainable.
• Understand CoStar’s product architecture and frameworks and bring ideas to the table.
• Collaborate with other iOS developers and cross‑functional teams to exchange new ideas and improvements.

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited, in‑person college or university.
• At least 2 years of experience developing iOS applications.
• Expertise in Objective‑C, Swift
  
  UI/Swift, Cocoa Frameworks, Xcode, and Interface Builder.
• Strong knowledge of object‑oriented programming and design patterns (MVC, MVVM, Dependency Injection, etc.).
• Track record of commitment to prior employers.

Base salary range: $99,000 – $172,000, plus benefits.
