- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a similar technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in a developer‑focused technical role (e.g., software engineering, solutions consultant, etc.), or equivalent technical role.
- 5 years of experience with Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning technologies.
- 2 years of experience with direct people management in a technical team/organization.
- Experience working with Python or C++.
- Experience with large language models.
- Experience with large‑scale distributed systems.
- Experience with AI platforms.

With technical and leadership expertise, you manage engineers across multiple teams and locations, a large product budget and oversee the deployment of large‑scale projects across multiple sites internationally.

We are owners and advocates for the underlying design elements, developer platforms, product components, and infrastructure se are the essential building blocks for excellent, safe, and coherent experiences for our users and drive the pace of innovation for every developer. The US base salary range for this full‑time position is $197,000-$291,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.
