• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a similar technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in a developer‑focused technical role (e.g., software engineering, solutions consultant, etc.), or equivalent technical role.
• 5 years of experience with Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning technologies.
• 2 years of experience with direct people management in a technical team/organization.
• Experience working with Python or C++.

• Experience with large language models.
• Experience with large‑scale distributed systems.
• Experience with AI platforms.

With technical and leadership expertise, you manage engineers across multiple teams and locations, a large product budget and oversee the deployment of large‑scale projects across multiple sites internationally.

The US base salary range for this full‑time position is $197,000-$291,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.
