This role is responsible for transforming AI prototypes into robust, production-ready systems by developing scalable applications and integrating AI features into web projects. Responsibilities include building and testing production-level integrations with backend systems.
- Collaborate with the AI and product teams to transition early-stage prototypes into scalable, maintainable production systems
- Refactor and optimize prototype codebases to adhere to production standards
- Develop web applications and backend services using modern frameworks (e.g., Next.js) deployed on Azure
- Design and build REST API endpoints and explore Graph
QL integration for efficient data access - Seamlessly integrate with existing data infrastructure, including Snowflake and Microsoft Fabric
- Utilize Azure Databricks for deployment and potential future ML integrations
- Implement and maintain comprehensive testing strategies (unit, integration, end-to-end) to ensure robust, high-quality deployments
- Work with QA teams to automate testing pipelines within the CI/CD framework
- Partner with cross-functional teams (data, ML, Dev Ops) to iterate on features based on user feedback and system performance
- Stay current on emerging technologies and best practices in both AI and software engineering within the Azure ecosystem
- Follow all policies and procedures for the department and Company, including personnel policies and expectations as outlined in the Employee Handbook

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience in full-stack development with proficiency in JavaScript/Type Script, Node.js, and modern frameworks like React or Next.js
- Experience integrating AI/ML models into production systems is a plus
- Solid background in developing and deploying REST APIs; familiarity with Graph
QL is desirable - Proven experience with Azure cloud services, including deployment, monitoring, and scaling applications
- Familiarity with data platforms such as Snowflake and Microsoft Fabric, as well as Azure Databricks for analytics and ML workflows
- Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative team spirit
- Experience with container orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes) in an Azure environment
- Previous work on projects involving automation, customer service platforms, or AI-powered applications
- Understanding of agile development methodologies and CI/CD processes
