Bus Driver

Be among the first 25 applicants. We are currently on the lookout for an experienced Bus Driver to join our elite team in Irvine, CA. As a key member, you will be entrusted with ensuring safe and comfortable transportation for our passengers, while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and customer service.

Position subject to Collective Bargaining Agreement. Pay $20.57/hr – $28.52/hr over 5 years. Benefits include medical, vision, dental coverage and 401(k) plan. Paid holidays, vacation, sick time.

• Execute flawless operations by following designated routes and schedules while adhering to stringent safety protocols.
• Exhibit exceptional care and assistance toward passengers, ensuring smooth boarding and timely disembark for all.
• Champion vehicle safety through comprehensive pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections, promptly reporting maintenance issues, and maintaining cleanliness and readiness.
• Uphold company policies and procedures rigorously, including seat belt enforcement and emergency response preparedness.
• Other duties as required.

• 21 years or older.
• Minimum 3 years of driving experience (personal or professional).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Availability to work day, evening, and weekends.
• Subject to DOT drug testing and physical if applicable.

• Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.
• Generally required to spend long periods sitting.
• Work environment will be a combination of both indoors and outdoors.

• Must be eligible to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
• Successfully pass a pre‑employment drug screen.
• Pass a DOT physical and drug testing if applicable.
