Expect 55–60.5 CPM base, plus mileage bonuses; a $500 transition bonus and a $2,500 retention bonus at 180 days. Benefits include medical/dental/vision after 90 days, 401(k) match up to 6%, paid orientation and paid vacation. This carrier is driver-first and avoids long-haul routes.
