Warehouse & Operations Manager – Full Time. In-House only, Monday-Friday in our Irvine, Ca. Headquarters.

$20-30 hourly depending on experience.

Three Sixteen Publishing is the home of Steadfast Bibles, Green Egg Media and Bella Scriptura. Our publishing company has experienced significant growth in 2022 with the development of additional resources and broadening our retail partners, direct-to-consumer clients and international distribution.

Three Sixteen Publishing, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and hard-working Warehouse & Operations personnel to join our growing and fast-paced company in Orange County, CA. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands‑on environment, demonstrates strong operational management skills, and has the leadership ability to oversee daily warehouse activities while keeping things running smoothly and efficiently.

• Oversee day‑to‑day warehouse operations, including receiving, put‑away, picking, packing, and shipping transactions
• Supervise and train warehouse staff to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to company standards
• Manage daily sales order processing and fulfillment, including direct‑to‑consumer and key account shipments
• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels across multiple warehouse locations (on‑site and off‑site)
• Coordinate and enter purchase orders, receipts, and vendor invoices into the accounting system
• Obtain, negotiate, and manage freight quotes with carriers and freight forwarders
• Arrange and track freight shipments, ensuring timely deliveries and cost efficiency
• Implement and enforce warehouse organization and safety standards

• Bachelor’s Degree, Associate’s Degree, or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of warehouse and operations experience, including team leadership/supervisory responsibilities
• Strong understanding of shipping, receiving, and inventory control practices
• Knowledge of the freight and logistics industry (LTL, FTL, international shipments) is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office and/or Google Workspace (advanced spreadsheet skills a plus)
• Familiarity with ERP, WMS, or inventory management systems preferred
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills; must be detail‑oriented and accurate
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and oversee multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with a professional and collaborative approach
• Self‑starter who demonstrates initiative, adaptability, and resilience
• Strong work ethic with reliability, punctuality, and commitment to continuous improvement
• Willingness to work occasional Saturdays and overtime when required to meet deadlines or special projects

• Full‑time position
• Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
